You may call to schedule an appointment between 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, and from 9:00am - noon on Saturday at the Granite Run office.
Our scheduling personnel will need your address, phone number, and the nature of your problem. If you had x-rays taken, please bring them with you at the time of your initial office visit.
Please specify which location you prefer. We will schedule your appointment at the earliest time convenient for both you and your physician. Your initial office visit will include a comprehensive evaluation of your condition, including x-rays and lab tests when indicated.
We ask that you bring along all relevant x-rays and test results, along with a list of your current medications and any pertinent insurance cards or information.
Our orthopedic assistants have been specially trained to assist our physicians in all aspects of care. They will be happy to answer any of your questions or address any concerns you may have about your condition or treatment.
Our patient care coordinator will be available for pre- and post-operative education. She will be happy to discuss any aspects of your surgical procedure. If the need arises, you may be scheduled with her for an in-office visit to review information regarding your surgery. She will also be available during normal business hours for telephone consultation.
Patients scheduled for total joint surgery or back surgery will have the opportunity to review surgical information with a nurse. However, most total joint education will be completed by the hospital nursing staff where the surgical procedure will be performed. Both office and hospital nursing staff will be available by phone, during normal business hours, to answer any questions. You may also find many answers on this site's FAQs page.
